That movie has such a great title.

Not quite as good as Grizzlepaw: Rise Of The Blood Bears, but still.

I still buy horror movies all the time.  I recently bought A Horrible Way to Die.  Directed by Adam Windgard.  Who recently made the film You're Next, and if you haven't heard of that film then you will soon.  It went crazy at TIFF here recently and sent the big wigs in a frantic bidding war, that just came to an end yesterday with LionsGate on top.

A Horrible Way To Die is a beautiful art piece with a spectacular cast.  This film is beautiful to look at.  An amazing film.  I can see why his new film is receiving such a high praise.

Trailer..

1:45 - Zach Galifianakis?

Would love to make a movie like that and go through the process of getting it screened / distributed. One I actually had some proper say in anyway...

Just saw You're Next last night, it blows. This flick looks a lot more interesting, though it has the same screenwriter (Frankenfish anyone?) and utilizes the same two main actors, who are utterly horrible in You're Next.  This new batch of horror directors really disappoints me, other than Ti West (who has a small acting role in You're Next, btw).

Damn I can't believe that You're Next can be that bad.  I still have high hopes for it.  I have a feeling I'm going to like it.  Where did you see it?

Caught it in a test screening outside of L.A.   I'm a lot more critical of horror flicks than you are. Parts of it work pretty well, or almost work, but mostly it's funny where it should be scary and not funny when they try to be funny.  The "twist" ending is moronic as well.
