Paste the youtube url in the post you're writing, like so -

Remove everything but the code at the end -
WuN7ifbCsGQ

Highlight it and click the youtube button you'll see on the panel above. The final result will look like this -
[youtu       be=425,350]WuN7ifbCsGQ[/youtube] (minus the gap)

When you save it, it will create this -
