Supernatural Season 4:First 5 minutes!

At the beginning of the Supernatural panel, they showed us a clip of the first five minutes of the season premere.  I tried to film it, but security swiped my camera.  Here's what happens;

Dean awakes in darkness.  He flicks his lighter to find that he's in a coffin.  Clawing his way out of the ground, he makes his way down a road to a service station.  Breaking in, he makes his way through, grabbing water, food, money, and (being Dean) porn.  Looking at a newspaper, he finds that it's September.  Before he can make his way out, the Televison and radio, switch themself on and start going haywire.  Dean grabs some salt and starts to secure the building against demons.  Before he can finish, the windows shatter from an unknown force.

That's where it stopped.

It remains to be seen how he got out of hell, where he is, and where is Sam?
