Grindhouse trailers turn into full length movie? 'Trailer Trash' is not just a rumour any more - MGM have set a release date.

Sorry mate but he is. He's brought nothing new to horror for starters, he got lucky with Cabin Fever and fair do's to the guy for breaking in when thousands out there haven't yet but the way he conducts himself in interviews is what really throttles my chicken, he comes across as some half-finished bastard mashup of Tarrantino and Hooper but without the originality or talent of eithers left little toe.
He tries to act cool and hip and he's only in Inglorious Basterds because for some alternate reality Tarrantino likes him, he can't act, as cringingly seen in Cabin Fever. I'd be happy for the guy if he just had the decency to recognise the position he's in.

I've only seen Cabin Fever, but I really liked it. I agree he can't act, and doesn't deserve such a large role in Inglorious Basterds (or however the hell you spell it). But I found his commentaries on Cabin Fever a genuine education and believe it or not, an inspiration when I was out pitching stuff myself, he has an excitement and knowledge of the genre that really comes across. For me he goes in the Renny Harlin camp of highly talented but deeply underappreciated.

Maybe i should seek out the Cabin Fever commentaries as the interviews i've seen he comes across completely different. When he first came on the scene i really wanted to like him so maybe i need to get myself a BJ first then rewatch Cabin Fever and Hostel  Wink

Never seen Hostel. Cabin Fever proved he had no talent. Seemed like he had fun, but man, I would have killed to have seen a story. Any story. Even a bad story.
